review of the beginner movements and introduces the next 6 advanced movements of Sun-style
Tai Chi. Reinforce your power of focus as participants embrace the slow, graceful movements and
controlled breathing techniques to reduce pain, stiffness and fatigue. Experience improved energy,
well being and Qi, the life energy that is essential for health and vitality which governs all functions of
the body.
